What is the big idea?
My idea is to have a minerals trading business out of Africa. We would buy precious metals and critical minerals and export them to the USA. We would use my trusted contacts' network to make this idea a reality. My trusted contact is an expert on Africa with deep relationships on the continent. My trusted contact would be the other operational partner in this endeavor.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a financial equity partner who believes in us and the idea. The track record we will be using is my trusted contact's. He has closed multiple deals and has a track record that shows success and consistency. With the equity capital you inject into the business, that money will be used to secure additional capital via debt financing. With a combination of debt and equity financing for the capital stack, we will use that money to purchase mineral product for export to the USA.
