OceanFlow Energy is a seed-stage crude oil trading and transport company raising $17M to execute a capital-efficient arbitrage at the heart of global energy markets. The model is simple: lock in a buy price with an oil seller and a sell price with a refinery before each voyage, then use a bank-issued Letter of Credit, a standard in commodity trading to finance the $56M cargo while deploying only $8–9M of investor capital as a margin deposit.
