Pitch Deck - Dunkin’ Franchise
Read through this pitch deck and pro forma. If it speaks to you from an investment perspective I would love to talk. We can open up multiple of these franchises over time. I love the Dunkin’ brand. I like businesses that have clear buyers and sellers and rely less on potential. Potential is reserved for many kind of businesses, like technology for example. When it comes to my public investments, I like tech and the teams that make up these companies. They often grow earnings faster than the S&P 500 which is a good thing because that is my benchmark. If I am taking my own capital or someone else’s capital for a private business venture I want things that are proven and have clear buyers and sellers. I like products that are in demand…..think gold, successful franchises, oil/gas…many other things. Slam dunk products that have clear buyers and sellers, have in demand buyers and sellers, and things where you don’t have to rely on educating the mass market on how your thing works is what I like. Every one can understand coffee and donuts, everyone can understand and wants/needs oil/gas, and gold. There are many other examples but that is how I think about things when investing private businesses. I avoid “potential” and look at the reality of the situation.
