My psychology is this: I want to be the best, no one is going to knock me off. When I screw up I retool, redo, reexamine and get back up when I fall….I look at things, life, and business like a war. Someone, something, some situation is trying to knock you off and take you down a peg. My job is to not let that happen, my job is to rise above the external and internal bs that is trying to defeat me. I do what I have to do to complete the mission and objective. To win, to be the best in your field is the highest calling.

I have an extended cousin that is really good at Basketball. He inspires me a lot to be the best I can be. He has achieved a lot, when I look at him achieve the things he has achieved I think why not me? Why can I not have a billion $ AUM firm? Why can I not have the flyest cars and live in the best homes? Why can I not have the best team backing me and each other up? There is not reason why I cannot have the best of best.
