Holding Company Pitch To Investors

I am going to describe a holding company I would like to create. Below are details of it, if you are interested you can email me.

Purpose of the holding company is to own assets: private companies, public companies, commodities, crypto, real estate, bonds, etc. The structure I would like to use is a C-Corp. The idea is that I will want to raise outside capital and go public one day. Below are some defined roles that I would like to see between the financial partner and I (the operational partner).

The following are asset classes we will focus on:

  • Publicly Traded Equities

  • Mutual Funds/ETFs

  • Options

  • Commodities

  • Private Equity

  • Bonds

  • Real Estate

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Fiat Currency

  • Real Estate

  • Art, Collectable Cars, Airplanes

  • Intellectual Property

  • Strategic Partnerships

How will we lessen our legal liability from lawsuits and things that can affect the bottom line?

We are going to compartmentalize our risk. We are going to keep these asset classes in separate LLCs owned by the main holding company.

Main Holding Company Corporation —> LLC that holds real estate as an example. We also plan to use outside services like lawyers and consultants to protect our assets.

Capital Raise Options:

  • Equity Financing (investor gives the firm money and in return they get shares of the holding company)

  • Convertible Debt (starts as debt and converts to equity upon acquisition or milestone event reached)

  • Traditional Debt (just a loan with a fixed period, interest rate, and payment amount, loan like you would get from a bank)

  • Seller Financing (financing directly from seller of the asset)
