What sets me and the potential capital partner aside from other arrangements out there is we operate as a team with a real business model, a real physical location, we are on the ground and have the capable relationships in Dubai that can write the checks and take the risk. Lots of these brokers seems to be part of a bigger operation or don’t have decision making power, in our operation and our business we have the authority, the contacts, the operation in place to really get deals done. I see myself as a professional in the things I do, I don’t go out to try and achieve something unless my commitment and willingness to sacrifice is 100% there.
